Bonus Terms Explained Simply

1. Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (sometimes bonus + deposit combined) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. If a casino says "x10 rollover", you must place bets totalling 10× the bonus value before cashing out.
Example: You receive a PKR 2,000 bonus with x15 wagering. You must wager PKR 30,000 in total before withdrawal is unlocked. At x20 it would be PKR 40,000 in wagers.
2. Maximum Bet During Bonus
While a bonus is active in your account, you are typically capped on the maximum single bet you can place. Exceeding this cap can void the bonus and any associated winnings entirely.
Example: zs222 applies a PKR 300 maximum bet per round when using bonus funds. Placing a PKR 1,000 bet while bonus is active may forfeit the entire bonus balance.
3. Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally to clearing a wagering requirement. Slots generally contribute 100%, but table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute only 10%–20%, meaning it takes much longer to clear the rollover via those games.
Example: PKR 1,000 on slots counts as PKR 1,000 towards wagering. But PKR 1,000 on Baccarat (10% contribution) counts as only PKR 100.
4. Bonus Expiry Window
Every bonus has a time limit. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within the expiry window, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings are forfeited automatically by the system.
Example: A 7-day expiry means you must complete all wagering by midnight of Day 7. A 30-day window is more comfortable but still requires active play to meet the target.
5. Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky (non-cashable) bonus cannot itself be withdrawn — only the net winnings generated from using it can be cashed out. A non-sticky bonus is deducted from your balance first when you withdraw, and you keep only the remaining real-money profit.
Example: With a PKR 2,000 sticky bonus, if you wager up to PKR 8,000 and win PKR 3,000 net, you withdraw PKR 3,000. The bonus itself disappears from your balance on withdrawal.
6. Maximum Cash-Out Cap
Even if you turn a small bonus into a large win, most platforms cap how much of those winnings you can actually withdraw. Any winnings above the cap are removed at the point of withdrawal.
Example: A bonus with a PKR 10,000 max cash-out means if you convert the bonus into PKR 25,000, you can only withdraw PKR 10,000. Always check this before claiming high-value promos.
7. Bonus Code & Opt-In Requirement
Some offers are automatic while others require you to enter a promo code at deposit or explicitly click an "Opt In" button before depositing. Missing this step means the bonus will not be credited, and retroactive applications are rarely possible.
Example: A reload offer may require entering "RELOAD25" in the promo-code field during your deposit screen. If you deposit without the code, the bonus cannot be added after the fact.
